Plan Your Ride

Located on the eastern edge of Estes Park, Colorado, we have miles and miles of scenic trails for your horseback riding adventure. Our rides are free from roads and traffic and safe for every member of the family. We have horses for all riders: from youngsters to seniors, from pint-size riders to plus-size riders; inexperienced to expert riders.

1-Hour Ride, $ 35:
Leave every hour on the hour from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Rides after 4:00 p.m. can be scheduled. We provide gentle horses and the trail is easy for any age. Plan a ride early in your trip; it's a great introduction to the Rocky Mountains.
2-Hour Ride, $ 50:
Get an even better view on horseback on our 2-hour ride. Climb another 800-900 ft elevation for a spectacular view of the Continental Divide, Long's Peak, and Estes Valley. On into the Roosevelt National Forest to the east side of the mountain for amazing views of Big Thompson Canyon. Continue down into the canyon to Eagle Valley.

3-Hour Ride, $ 65: Leaves at 9 AM and 1 PM- same great views as the 2 hour with a little more bonding time in the wilderness with your horse.

4-Hour Ride, $ 75 - $ 85:
These rides leave at morning and afternoon. Leaving at 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM. The 7:30 AM 4 Hour ride includes breakast on the trail. The 2:00 4 hour ride has a steak dinner before the final hour (meal portion is seasonal March to October) Enjoy a total peaceful moment under a tree in the wilderness as your horses rest. Sit for a moment to envision the pioneers as they crossed the same mountains you did, see the same blue sky and smell the same fresh air. FALL/WINTER no meals on these rides they leave at 8 AM and 1 PM (Oct 15th to March 1st)
8-Hour Ride, $ 120:
For a full day of riding pleasure, contact us to make reservations. This ride leaves early in the morning. Bring a sack lunch and bottled water. Pommel bags are available for your belongings. This trail includes mountain and canyon riding.
Breakfast Ride, $ 55:
One of our most popular rides! Ride an hour over the mountain to a secluded pavilion for an outdoor hearty breakfast of all-you-can-eat scrambled eggs, fluffy pancakes, sausage, orange juice and cowboy coffee. See more on Breakfast Rides
Dinner Ride, $ 60:

As the sun drops in the western sky, you will ride along the trail to a grassy cookout area in the mountains. Hitch your horse to the rail and get ready for some tasty grub. A freshly grilled steak, cooked to your liking, and all the fixings will be served in the great outdoors as you enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery.

Overnight Camping Package $ 180:
A complete package including a full day of riding, steak fry meal in the evening, all-you-can-eat breakfast ride in the morning and overnight camping. Just bring your tent, sleeping gear and a sack lunch and we'll do the rest. Arrive at 9:30 am in time to set up your camp and spend the day riding on our 1,000 acre private ranch. Join us in the evening for our memorable Steak Fry ride and enjoy our famous Sombrero Steak, Cowboy potatoes, ranch beans, garlic bread, lemonade and our Cowboy coffee. In the morning you can wake in time for the fabulous Sombrero breakfast ride, which includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice and cowboy coffee.
Estes Park stable is located just 2 miles from downtown Estes Park on Highway 34 East (see map).
