SPECIAL DIRECTIONS TO

GLACIER CREEK STABLE FOR 2013

Head down town Estes until you reach the forth or fifth light with a sign right by the light that says 36..... Turn left and u will go up a small hill ... Then you will bare right and pass a brown sign on your right hand side that says Rocky Mountain National Park ....... And then a huge rainbow slide on your left hand side..... Continue going straight till you come to a light and stay straight at light ..... and continue to stay on 36 until you come to park entrance .... Pay park pass ...... Then continue straight till you come to first left (bear lake road) this road will be under construction and gravel...... If there is a check point where they say bear lake road is closed. Tell them you have reservations at Glacier Creek stable and give them the password of the day. We will give you a password of the day when you book. They will let you pass (only you and the visitor shuttle now have a private road!)
You will stay on this road all the way until you reach the Glacier Stables (going thru a stop light in the middle of the road) and winding thru the woods till you finally reach pavement..... Then you will come to a brown sign on your left hand side that says Glacier Creek Stables where you will turn left..... Go straight till you come to a stop sign and make another left and our stables will be right there!!!!
From Boulder: Hwy. 36 north to Estes Park and follow signs to Rocky Mountain National Park, Beaver Meadows Entrance. Two tenths of a mile into the park, take a left on Bear Lake Road. For Moraine Park Stables, take the first right off of Bear Lake Road, and the first right into the Stables parking lot. For Glacier Creek Stables, follow Bear Lake road nine miles until you get to the Glacier Creek Stables sign.Turn left and follow the access road to the stable.
