Uniquely situated on the 5,200 acre YMCA mountain property, our Snow Mountain Ranch Location is open for horseback riding year-round. The YMCA is located in the beautiful Fraser Valley between Winter Park and Granby, Colorado - just a 90 minute drive from Denver. Over 60 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and HORSEBACK RIDING!

Enjoy beautiful views of the Continental Divide as you ride through varying terrain: meadows covered with wild flowers in the summer; thick spruce forests; paths beside beaver ponds and mountain streams. Winter rides are a real-life version of that snow globe on your mantle. Let our wranglers point out the local wildlife: elk, deer, moose, black bear, and coyote, roam the property freely and make frequent appearances.

If Trail Riding isn't your cup of tea, join us for wagon or stagecoach rides (summer), or sleigh rides in the winter.

Great option for large groups doing meal rides, with members who don't want or are unable to ride horseback. Or plan your own event!
