My compliments to the guide on Tuesday, July 7th's, 11:00 a.m 1-hour ride in Estes. Her name started with "A" - maybe Annette? Anyway, the horse carrying a 13-year-old girl from KS slipped going down a slope ahead of me. The guide acted immediately and extremely professionally to calm the terrified girl, get her back on the horse and down the mountain. Absolutely masterful handling of a tense situation. I just wanted her boss to know of her good work!
