THINGS HAPPEN…
SOME DAYS YOU HAVE TO WAIT TO RIDE FOR THE BRAND

Cancellations can be requested 24 hours in advance for a non-meal ride and 3 days in advance for a meal ride.

All rides can be rescheduled a day before the scheduled time.

Bad weather cancellations are accepted same day.

HOW TO GET A REFUND OF A RIDE BOOKED ONLINE

If you’ve booked a ride online and need to cancel, please email us at sales@sombrero.com to get a refund processed.

Our stable locations are unable to access your payment information and the phone operators at the various locations are also unable to do so.
