Working For Sombrero
Sombrero Stables. is seeking individuals to be part of our cowboy legacy spanning over half a century. Help guide tourists and horses through state forests and Rocky Mountain National Park as part of northern Colorado’s largest horse outfitter.
You’ll work in the great outdoors in one of the country’s most beautiful areas. If you enjoy being outside and working with horses, meeting people and learning more about our operation, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. You’ll receive monthly wages, plus room and board. Enjoy a memorable summer working with the Sombrero team.
It’s an addiction. It’s the friends you make, the people you met, the horses you fall in love with.
It’s the first time you lead a ride on your own, it’s the guests you will always remember, and it’s the experience of a lifetime.
This is the greatest job in the world. We get to ride horses all day, listen to our own voices, and wake up to views that are only seen on postcards.
There are many perks to this job, but there are a few that top the rest…
Finding “that horse”
Our Wrangler Family
Even though we’re hundreds of miles from home, we’re never without family. There are indescribable friendships created between us as wranglers.
We’re looking for good people who are willing to work hard so that others will enjoy their horseback riding experiences in Colorado. There are several seasonal positions we hire for, including openings for wranglers and cooks. We hire for several stable locations each summer, and sometimes have year-round positions available. If you have any questions please contact us.
See below for application; Sombrero Stables is an equal opportunity employer.
