You’ll get a firsthand look at Colorado’s back country.

Estes Park Stable | A Year-Round Location….

1, 2, 3, and 4 hour rides on the private trails of an actual working ranch and in the National Forest. Don’t miss our special Breakfast and Dinner Rides! (all longer rides are taken from our National Park Locations)

Pristine mountain trail rides available for 1, 2, 4-hour or all day rides. Steamboat also offers breakfast rides, evening steak rides, and half-day or full-day fishing and pack trips. Hunting trips also available. Bring the family and spend the day riding and enjoying the numerous activities in the Steamboat area.

Meeker Stable on the White River

Unguided riding with horses available to rent by the day, week or month. We specialize in hunting, fishing and camping trips. Also offering guided 1 and 2-hour trail rides on our private ranch, or full day trips to the White River National Forest or Flat Tops Wilderness Area. Join our Colorado Cattle Round-up adventure and participate as we gather a herd of longhorn cattle. We also have private fishing access available in one of the top trout fishing areas in the country on the “Blue Ribbon” White River.

Snow Mountain Ranch | A Year-Round Location….

The YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch is located in the beautiful Fraser valley between Winter Park and Granby, Colorado. It’s just a 1 hour drive from Denver. Come ride with us on the YMCA’s 5,200-acre ranch surrounded by snow-capped mountains. We are open year-round and have lots of choices for fun activities in all seasons. Let our wranglers guide you across trails that take you by beaver ponds, mountain streams and through lush forests of pine trees and mountain flowers. Let us point out the local wildlife. Elk, deer, moose and the clever coyote roam the property freely and make frequent appearances. We offer 1 to 4 hour trail rides and seasonal wagon, sleigh, and meal rides.

For the ultimate horseback riding adventure in the high Colorado rockies, experience a historical 10-hour ride across the Continental Divide along the same path the Ute tribe used over a century ago. Available on select days in August only, this adventure begins at Glacier Creek Stable and ends at Grand Lake Stable.
