How Much Do Rides Cost?

How old do you have to be to ride?

Children 6 and up are allowed to ride if they are big enough (determined at the discretion of the stable)

Do you allow double riding for small children?

We do not permit double riding of any sort. All young riders must meet our age requirement and ride their own horse.

Helmets are provided, and recommended for all riders, of all ages.

Any weight restrictions?

There is no strict weight limit. If you are over 300lbs, we ask that you restrict yourself to a 30 minute ride.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your ride, we will refund your money. No questions asked. Simply follow the instructions in your booking confirmation email for step to process your cancellation, and to request your refund.

All of our rides are walking only. The splendor of the trails is soaking up the beauty which is best done at the walk

We take reservations up to 2 hours prior to the ride departing. However, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead of time to help secure your preferred ride.

Our Ready 2 Ride horses are truly born for the trail. Each horse is carefully selected and patiently trained specifically for riding in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, where varied terrain is part of everyday riding. Our horses are big-hearted, sure-footed, steady, and gentle by nature. They are accustomed to our mountain trails, uneven ground, and the sights and sounds of the outdoors, making them excellent partners for riders of all experience levels. Whether it’s your very first time on a horse or you’ve ridden before, our horses confidently lead riders of all sizes and abilities.
